We are DevStack Staffing (a service of DevStack), based in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide contract staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) services.

What we collect

We collect business contact details and role requirements from clients; and candidate data (CV, contact, experience) from applicants.

We use data to provide staffing services, process payroll and compliance, communicate about requests, and improve our services.

Our processing is based on contract performance and legitimate interests. Where required, we obtain consent (e.g., marketing).

We share candidate profiles with client companies for hiring; and with payroll/compliance providers when required by law.

We retain records as required by Nigerian law and for legitimate business needs. We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
