RoomPilot is hotel management software Devstack built to digitise reservations, front-desk work and management reporting. It was built for Benny Hotel and includes the hotel's public booking website.
The challenge
Manual booking and front-desk processes slowed down guest service and made it hard for management to see occupancy and revenue without waiting for summaries.

What the system is designed to improve
Front desk and management work from a single view of bookings and occupancy, instead of paper registers and separate spreadsheets, and guests can book directly online.
